  1. any us stamp will pay the postage, assuming you pay enough for them.  I don't know how much postage is to Mexico, these days, but if you put a 41 cent stamp on a letter to Mexico, it may not get there for something like a month.  Go to the post office and get a proper international (priced) stamp.  Just putting enough postage on may still confuse them.  They are the Post Office, after all.

  2. if you are the sending the letter from the US, then you have to use the US stamp.. as for how many stamps, you'll have to ask the US Postal service about that

  3. You have to use US stamps, but you need to have the PO weigh the letter as the out of country rates are different than here in America.

  4. yes, it's 90cents

  5. A normal size one ounce letter to Mexico needs 69 cents postage in U.S. stmps.  It may get ther in 3 weeks, 3 months, or never.  if you have a really important letter  to send, it is better to send it by Fed-ex so you know it will arrive...very expensive, but it Will get there.  also depends on what part of Mexico it is going too...as far as when it may arrive.
