yea you can its easy and simple just download safari for your psp its easy ill give you a link to a youtube video that has it and even i tried it and its awsome it has msn aim yahoo and etc..its really fun to use too and..its free! this is the link to the youtube vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5eGnbYMKM...

its very simple , just go on http://m.ebuddy.com on you psp web browser and that it! never more simple than that!

You can get skype on the Slim and Lite, but unless you get some clever homebrew or a browser messenger you'll have to make do with GOmessenger for PSP (made by BT)
