Can you use almond bark for making candy chocolates?

I have some lollipop molds and candy molds to make chocolate. I know that they have the wilton melting chocolates... but I was wondering could you use almond bark and melt that and put that in the molds instead of the wilton's melting chocolates. Do you know if the almond bark will work? Any tips or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks in advance!

of course yu cna if you use semi sweet chocolate to make it when you add the almound bark then you have choclate with almonds, hey you just gave me idea to make for my picnic thanks.

"Almond Bark" can be used in that way....I have done so many things with it...Use it in the same way you use the Melting chocolates...just be careful when your melting the almond bark...I put pieces into a pyrex measuring cup & heat only for about 30 seconds in the microwave...

I have put it into glass, plastic & aluminum molds with great success...just make sure there is NO water anywhere around the candy or it will seize up....
