Can you use american express giftcards at target stores?

I have 2 cards: one for $25 and one for $19. will I be able to use them together to make a purchase at target? does target even accept the cards?

yes, you should be able to use them at target. any store that accepts american express should take the cards.

Here is an idea, call Target and ask them your questions. The answer you receive will tend to be more accurate than any you get here.

Target will accept the gift cards, as we accept AmEx cards anyways.  Make sure that those balances for the cards are accurate though, or else the computers will deny the cards.  As long as you know the balances, you can use them towards any transaction (even both at the same time).
