No, you can't. Allstar petrol card is mostly accepted in U.K but not in France. In fact , in France, if you are foreign, you better carry cash. Some machines don't even accept foreign credit cards. As fo petrol station, unless it's in a motorway service, otherwise, if you end up in a little town where the petrol station is self- service, you need to pay your fuel by inserting a French debit or credit card into the machine to make it work. If you own a foreign card, forget it .
