Can you use any camera or camcorder to see throw clothes?

i know u need night vision and a speicail filter but can any camera do this with night visoin and the right filter?

thats quite interesting. i think yes there is such thing but your looking at a price of 15,000 or more plus its mainly used for scientific and prvt CIA matters.
