Can you use chakra to attack?

I was studying online and they say that chakra is real and sometimes they say it's not real so Im just gathering info so can you help? If so please help me if you can.

It's true! Coming from someone who can actually do this, the key is to first find what element your zodiac hails from. My zodiac is a Scorpio, so I can control my chakra into earth style based attacks. You can't move what element your zodiac hails from, but you can use it's abilities in battles, fights, wars, etc. Once you find out, interact with that element for a while, then practice copying it's abilities (speed, power,resilience, senses, intelligence, or even alertness). Don't play with fire if you are a fire style zodiac sign! Just copy the element's qualilties and make them your own. Don't listen to those who oppose your beliefs, keep on trying. And if you think I'm lying, go to Morton School of Excellence and ask for The X-Factor, then say "Seikuken" to him. Just face him and see if I'm lying.
