You Can't because thats mean your cheating. Ok for an example if you try to K.i.l.l some one and gets away he will put the heath cheat on and you well say they never shouldn't put the cheats and that not fun at all i like it without the cheats online.

No, I am sure that cheat codes are disabled when you play online. That's in order to keep the game fair and control the bandwidth of the players in the game.
