Can you use circulars with colored ink as mulch at base of plants?

  1. I dont' think you are supposed to use newspaper with color in it.


  2. The ink isn't toxic to your plants; but the paper that it's printed on is not as absorbant as regular newspaper so it wouldn't make good mulch.
