  1. no  you need plain yogurt

  2. Sweetie - you EAT yogurt to avoid yeast infections - you don't shove it up your cooch.

    Wrong end.

How about you get your itchy cooch to wal-mart and buy some vaginal cream/yeast infection cream/medication. And then schedule an appointment to get checked for STDs.

  3. Eating yogurt will prevent or alleviate yeast infections...if you put fruit-flavored yogurt in the v****a, it will actually make the yeast infection worse because the sugar will help the yeast to grow even more. Go to the pharmacy and pick up a three-day Monistat treatment to see if that helps (they sell it over-the-counter.)

  4. If you have a yeast infection, it is supposed to help by EATING yogurt. You don't want to insert yogurt inside you - that will just cause a bladder infection. If you used a condom, I am sure you are okay. It's common to get a yeast infection after s*x - even with a condom. The condom probably rubbed inside you a lot. You can buy over the counter pills that you insert inside you to cure your yeast infection.

  5. No, you can't use fruit flavored because it has sugar (even if it's an all natural yogurt the fruit has natural sugars) and yeast thrives on sugar...which would make the yeast infection much worse. If it's not all natural, the yogurt most likely has corn syrup added, which is just a lot of sugar...once again a bad idea.  If you take the yogurt route, definitely go with an organic no-flavored yogurt.  (And yes, this can sometimes cure a yeast infection, but you might have to get monistat or something if it doesn't work.)

  6. Generally its best to use a  plain yogurt if you're trying a natural way to treat yeast infections.  Remember to use an unsweetened yogurt.

Yeast reacts well to glucose and warm water.  So using a fruit based will only make things worse.  Not only that but your body might not expel the pieces of fruit and they may cause further infections.

A lot of naturalists will say use plain yogurt or nothing at all...you want to cure it not make things worse.  If that doesnt work, see a doctor or get something like canestin or monestat.

  7. im not sure thats a good idea!! sounds pretty messy

  8. Ugh, no se mija??

  9. omg thats disgusting

  10. oh no...go to a doctor duh!!!

  11. i think you should go to the gyno for the best answer. you should have that professionally looked at and treated. I'm not sure yogurt on a tampon is gonna help. it may make things worse. good luck

  12. ooohh!!

im not reall sure you might want to have that checked out

  13. I beleive consuming the yogurt orally is fine, when it comes to treating yeast infections. The bacteria internally stabilizes your vaginal Ph.

  14. You eat yogurt to help with yeast!!

You need to get some OTC meds from Walmart some Monostat 1

  15. You should probably NOT put a food item into your va jay-jay to cure a yeast infection.

Just go to the store and get some monistat.  If this is your first yeast infection or you suspect an STD, you need to go see your doctor.

  16. Probably not a good idea to be putting food on a tampon that will be in your v****a for several hours. Bacteria will surely grow there.

  17. Okay... first, you're supposed to EAT the yogurt to get rid of the yeast infection! LOL! And second, is the discharge any other color than white or clear? If it is yellow or green, you need to get an STI screening to find out if it's chlamydia or something worse. Don't wait on this because any of the STIs or STDs are very detrimental to your health.

  18. If it is a yeast infection, you are suppose to eat the yogurt and drink lots of water. But please don't put it on a tampon. If you think you could have a STD then get tested. =)
