Yeah. You have to go to the Wii Shop Channel and download the Internet Channel, which uses an Opera browser. The Internet Channel costs 500 points ($5.00), and points can either be obtained at a retail store in the form of a Shop Points card, or directly on the Wii Shop Channel (by using a credit card).
