Can you use iodized salt or kosher salt for piercings?

i pierced my ear like a little below the cartilage and i was wondering if it matters if u use iodized salt or kosher salt to clean it so it doesnt get infected.

kosher salt is good!!! i tried it works besides im jewish =[ lol
