If you are talking about a bank or credit card, then yes you can use it in a hole in the wall as well as over the counter, but if your not talking about a bank or credit card then the answer is no, that is if you are talking about a plastic card, but as it seems that you have not a clue just what you are talking about i am only guessing you mean a plastic bank/credit card.
