Can you use lip primer for eyes?

i cant seem to find eyeprimer anywhere, and i dont want to order it off the internet, but i have seen many brands with lipprimer

yeah, i do and i think it works fine, for both eyes and my lips, ,but use a brush or your finger to apply it because you dont want to mix your makeup

Ive tried it and it works! I usally try to stick with Vaseline as my primer for both lips and eyes! It works hella good && makes my maekup stay on longer.
