  1. You can use either..... but if you're using powder and your washer isn't a newer model with soap dispensers on the outside of the machine and you have to put it directly into the tub with your clothes (like at a laundromat), then let the tub fill up with water about 12 inches, put the powder in, and then put your clothes in after the tub fills up.  That way the powder will dissolve and bubble up in the water, and it won't clump up on your clothes.

  2. using powder is a waste of time and money, leaves a residual film on clothes, using more is not better. the amounts suggested is done in tests, try using less

  3. I prefer the gel tabs.  (like little plastic looking bags with liquid in them)

The 2 in 1's are best I think.  It is detergent AND fabric softener.  I always put it on the top inside edge, not in the middle of the clothes...and it works fant-tab-u-lous!!

Some of the powders do not all dissipate in the laundry and it makes me break out.

  4. Both work fine for me.

  5. The idea behind liquid is that it dissolves faster. Either is OK, as long as they're intended for washing clothes and not dish detergent!!  Dish detergent will get tooooo sudsy!

  6. it's either I use powder your choice

  7. use eitherr if using powder i make a liquid before putting machine so it doesnt cake on clothes'

  8. powder remains stuck on the inside of my pant pockets sometimes ....
