I did. If you rub it on the chest you need to be sure to keep the chest covered.

you seriously need to ask your pediatrician before using any new meds with her. There are OTC allergy meds for toddlers at any pharmacy- go to one and ask the pharmacist to suggest one

There is nothing wrong with using is on the toddler because it is only an ointment and it is not ingested. It will not hurt them in anyway other then give them a slight warmth where ever you rub it. It really depends on the type of allegries if it will actual be effective or not. It generally helps with congestion but will not help with the red water eyes or runny nose.
