  1. Sure but it might be a little runny.  You might want to reduce the amount a little.

  2. No, that will make it a little watery, and t won't have the original Alfredo taste

  3. It doesn't thicken the same and doesn't have quit the depth of flavor..But it can be done by slowly heating the milks with butter and flour and I some Parmesan cheese in a skillet and stir continuously..not high heat like med to med high stirring and take off stove as it blends together and continue stirring and then add to more milk or melted cheese and milk..

  4. You can it will not be as thick; if you have ricotta cheese add some of that to it and it will thicken it up .

Or use the milk and add a little more flour to it and that will add as a thickening agent also.

If you have half and half you can use this also.

  5. my friend did. it was a little runny, but the taste was unaltered. it tasted delicious :)

  6. You can use the milk . No problem at all.But don't tell the one who will eat it that it is Afredo.Change the name Bro.LOL

  7. You could but it wont be as rich or creamy. If you don;t have cream and don't want to get any true usung condensed milk (make sure it's not sweetened) in this case it still wont be as good as cream but it will be better then reg milk.
