  1. Sean is wrong once the means by special summon has been fulfilled and the card goes to the grave by battle or card effect you can use monster reborn to special summon it, if the card goes to the grave without the special summoning conditions been met you can not special summon it .i.e you discard it to the grave from your hand, then you cant special summon it from the grave.

  2. You can't Monster Reborn any of those cards, as they all have an effect that specifically states that they cannot be Special Summoned (REBMD can only be Special Summoned by offering a REBD + Metalmorph as a Tribute, Rainbow Dragon requires 7 Crystal Beast cards on your side of the field or in your graveyard). Reviving a monster with Monster Reborn counts as a Special Summon, so no, you can't Monster Reborn them.

P.S. I know there is an exception to this rule made with a few cards IF they have already been on the field, but none of these can be revived w/ MR.

Payment - Oh, sorry. I thought the asker meant if they were sent to the grave prior to being summoned.

  3. You cannot special summon any monster from the grave that reads "This card can only be special summoned by -" or if it prevents special summoning. For example, Judgment Dragon reads:

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned when 4 or more Lightsworn monsters with different names are in the grave.

If you failed to special it from your hand, you cannot reborn it (Not sure about after it hits the field for a turn though).

  4. unless their effect prevent them from bein special summoned from the graveyard like that then  u can go ahead and do that..

  5. wicked eraser says it can't be special summoned. so even if you summoned it correctly, you can't special summon it back. you'll need to get it back to your hand and tribute all over again

rainbow dragon says "this card cannot be special summoned except...". by that, you can only special summon it the way it is listed in the text (in this case, by having 7 crystal beasts on your field and graveyard). so if you summoned it correctly too, you can't special summon it another way; you have to summon it from your hand (unless you use rainbow gravity. it says to "ignore the summoning conditions". but it has to be from the deck or graveyard)

red eyes black metal dragon says "this card can only be special summoned". monsters like that can be brought back from the graveyard but they must be summoned correctly first. if they were sent from the hand/deck to the graveyard by a card effect, you can't use monster reborn on it
