I think it depends on the store, I would call the customer service number for the store and ask them.

Read the fine print, if there is any, on the check. Most will say "One check per purchase."

yes..you just can not give more then the formula will cost..walmart,babies r us and target have no problems with the checks

It usually says "not combined with any other offer". Meaning you can only use 1 at a time.
