  1. no sorry but you can use your computer/laptop as a bridge to your internet. you have to be connected to the internet on your computer with your wireless adapter and you know the long cable you got with the xbox plug that in to your computer and back of the xbox and wazam lol its a bridge depending on your routers security settings with mine i have to put in the mac address's of my xbox but if your using a bridge you will have to have both the pc's and xbox mac address obviusly if your already connecting to the internet with your pc the mac adress will have already been done for your pc but that's mine i dont know how your's is set up. hope that helps :)

  2. its gonna run you about $100 bucks but it depends where your computer is.if its downstairs then your best bet is to buy the adapter off of amazon cheap for like $60 but if they are both upstairs then buy an ethernet cable and connect it from your DSL to your router and from your router to the xbox.

see in my house we have att uverse so i have to do live downstairs

because thats the the only place that has a ethernet port.so you have to have an ethernet port

  3. Nope, sorry. you need the official wirelss adaptor for it better still, use wires if you can, its alot faster and you dont loose connection

  4. i think it is coz it is still a USB port thing and you can save $130 if it works and only waste $40 if it doesnt

    its worth the try
