Can you use quest cards (food stamps) to get 6 foot subs and birthday cakes that were specially ordered?

for my sons bday i ordered a 6 foot sub from walmart and a half sheet cake.i am hoping i can use my quest card which is food stamps. can anyone help?

I'm going to guess that the answer is no. In New York, food stamps cannot be used on any prepared foods.

A better idea might be to bake a cake and purchase deli cuts or prepackaged sandwich meat and rolls for make-your-own subs.

With your savings, purchase some baby food.  That's what I'd do.
