  1. You can but you can get roller hockey skates tied tighter and i think that makes you skate better, it helps me

  2. You really need roller hockey skates if you're going to play more than just for recreation.

    Take a look at these:

  3. It's possible if you just want to try it out, and it would defiantely be fine for street hockey with the brakes off of course. SInce thats what i did (but now i use my old hockey skates in the street)

However if you were looking to play in a league long term you would defiantely have to pick some up. You move faster and they feel better since they breath easier and and built for hockey.

They arent really that expensive some are 100 dollars but the best time is to buy them before the new years come out I bought my missons for 30 dollars last week since the new ones just came out, so the store had the old ones discounted. The only real difference was the color.

  4. i dont know if you HAVE to use roller hockey skates for roller hockey but  i STRONGLY suggest it. roller hockey skates have a lot more protection and not the cheap @$$ plastic that breaks really easily.

  5. you can use inline with the breaks off but i dont reccomend it because inline blades suck, they haver no protection and hockey rollerblades have special wheels with better grip
