Can you use someone's identity if they let you use it? ?

Even a brother? Like getting credit in his name and putting things in his name? This is in Florida as well, thanks?

  1. You representing yourself as someone else to obtain goods or services (including credit) is totally illegal.  It's called fraud.  You have to remember that fraud does not apply just to the real owner of the identity, but also to the person being dealt with (i.e. credit company)


  2. Even if someone gives you permission it's still considered the crime of fraud if you use it for financial gain.  The person who allowed you to use it is also guilty of fraud.

  3. what, you don't have your own name?  most of us get one at birth.  what you're talking about is at least fraud.
