You definitly can, but after that you can't use them for sparring anymore. By hitting the bag you ruin the padding of the glove and they are no longer safe for sparring because you might injure your opponent.

Use bag gloves, they are designed for it.

you could but why would you? That will only wear out your sparing gloves faster. there is a reason why there are bag gloves and sparing gloves. you need the right equipment for a certain activity. would you use a screwdriver to hammer a nail? It might work but that is not what it is made for.
