to ues a phone in mex you ues the mex service and it's .99 a min. tust me i have a phone bill of 1,000 cause of not knowing, call t-mobile and see if they have a pian for mex if i did it would only be .50 a min,  you can ues us cell phones in mex but if you don't get a pain for there your pay big  good luck
