Can you use the DCR-SR200 camera as a capture card?

I saw a video on youtube of a guy using his camera to record his video games like a capture card, I was wondering can I use the Sony Handycam DCR-SR200 camera to do the same? I already have all the cords i need

The person in the video is using a miniDV tape based Canon camcorder with the AV-in feature. Most camcorders do not have this capability.

If it could do AV-in, the instructions on how to do that would be in here... See pages 35 and 45 - references only to "AV-out". The SR200 does not do AV-in.
