Can you use the Furminator on cats?

I plan on buying one soon and trying it out.  I have several long haired cats and Casey, the Spitz so it could be very handy.

Yeah, I do it all the time.

It works really well, and my cat loves it.

We get hunks of fur, and he purrs and purrs and purrs. :)

Yes you can but be careful if you have  never used one, you will end up with a cat or dog with no hair or fur left, then you will have to get someone to weave it back on them...ha ha   could not resist

I have a lot of people I know that love them, I have not bought one yet, and I prefer my regular way of grooming, like they say, its hard to teach an ole dog new tricks........I hear they are great, Miss Tammy C. on here, uses it a lot and says it is terrific.

but go easy the first time with it, till you get use to it, and what it will do.
