Can you use the internet on a plane?

So i wanna go to another country but i have no idea if i can use my internet on a plane...i know that i can use a laptop but i don't know about the internet..help plz

  1. I believe all airlines must get approval from the FAA to store equipment on board. As many airlines are now requesting this, I suggest contacting the airlines you plan to purchase your ticket from if they have WI-FI available.


  2. Due to the FAA regulation, use of any electronic equipments like wi fi, cellular phone, or others with radio elegtromagnetic at airplane was prohibited. except the airplane instruments of course.

  3. Unfortunately you will not be able to connect through a typically mobile phone or Wi-Fi connection.

    American Airlines will be first U.S. carrier to offer in-flight Internet access.

    Several International airlines now offer wireless access such as Virgin Airlines, but it is through their proprietary service.

    Check with your airline and see if they offer in-flight service
