Can you use the tokens from fires of doomsday to tribute for light and darkness dragon?

u know what im asking. some people say yes some say no. which is right?!

I believe you can. Fires of doomsday tokens are dark. L+D Dragon is half dark,half light. so a dark token can be used for a light and dark monster

No you definatley cant because light and darkness is only dark when it is on the field and it is just light in your hand (when you tribute it.)

at the same time your LD dragon is dark n light at the same time doomsday-tokens only work for dark monsters right so even thoe your dragon's light he's also dark so that's what lets ya somen him!! :D V!

yes. light and darkness dragon's atribute is treated as dark.

no. its attribute is light in your hand. but  then its attribute is  treated as dark when it's on the field
