Can you use those disposable debit or credit cards to buy items on EBAY?

I want to buy something on EBAY, so is it possible to use it to make the purchase

Usually, you have to pay through paypal if you use a credit card but if you register your credit card through paypal, you could use it then. I know some people have had problems with paypal but I never have. I have used it for over 5 years and I still use it for ebay. The seller will never even know your credit card number either and that is nice.
