Can you use two ipods under one computer?

Me and my mother have ipods. If I put her new in into my new computer, would my other one not be detected anymore? I want to just transfer music for her onto it. What will happen if I do? Would any of my music on my ipod delete? (My library is no longer filled with music thats on my ipod)

Yes, you can use as many iPods under one computer as you wish.

Nothing gets deleted off your Ipod

You can't get music off your Ipod to put on someone else's unless you hack it.
