idk i call on phone on the back of your card

on the big card you get theres a phone number on mine the number is 1.800.340.0532 thats toll free number

then tell them the code on your card under the black bars or what ever and they ell you your point

Hey!  I work and at American Eagle and you can definitely use your All-Access Pass online!  Just go to www.ae.com and in the top-right hand corner of the page is a link for it, then you just click "Access Your Account"!!  Good Luck!
