  1. Actually you can.... my bud has a new car and doesnt wanna stick an ugly cb antenna on it, so i looked into this. They have Antenna couplers, they arnt too cheap (well i guess no mor expensive than an antenna), only place ive actually looked for them was on ebay... sometimes they are on their sometimes they are not.  

    its worth a shot, look for "cb/am/fm antenna coupler" or something on ebay... youll get an idea of what im talking about.

    problem is you wont want that if your car antenna doesnt go straight up, unless you plan on talking skip or use side band or something...

  3. No, you can't. The CB requires an antenna that is matched (tuned) to the vehicle it is in.
