  1. yes you can my sister used hers in w.va and she lives in pa.


  2. The FS program is a federal program. I get AR FS and I have used mine in TN, MO, MS, NE, all over so you should not have a problem.

  3. I know in Ks we cant, use them in any state but KS, its the law

    the SRS office here always sends us letters every month telling us this all the time!

    Like we always forget!
