If you have a FoodSaver brand Vacuum sealer you can.  You can also freeze the juice in another container and vacuum seal the frozen product in a bag.

Yes you can, but remember that vacuum sealing is NOT like canning, so it will not last as long and you do not kill the bacteria with vacuum sealing.  It is better to seal it in a bag and freeze it, but it is best to pressure can it for safety.  The biggest fear with tomatoes is botulism. It is best to use fresh juice right away and not store it, or go with pressure canning it.
