Can you view Australian Rules Football Grand FInal (09/29) in RI USA on COX TV?

I would like to watch the Australian Rules Football Grand Final being played 09/29. I live in Rhode Island USA - I have COX tv. I watched it 2 years ago but cannot remember which station and COX call centre do not seem to be able to help.

It will be shown on Setanta Sports. I subscribe to that station through DISH TV. It can also be subscribed to through DIRECT TV. I live in LA otherwise you'd be welcome to join me to watch it. Was living in NYC last year though and they show it in a number of the Aussie bars if you feel like making the trek. Go Roos!

Same thing I did, footy used to be on Fox Sports World, now called Fox Soccer Channel.

Now the footy is on Setanta North America, only available on Direct TV, as legend has it.

Setanta wants to get on cable systems, but not yet. I have Cox and I am out of luck.

Unless you know somebody that has Setanta on Direct TV, you are out of luck also. Setanta is an extra pay beyond the normal features of Direct TV. I have not met ANYBODY that has this channel.

Our only access to the game is via radio. That is available on the AFL website,

Radio calls are available beginning at the first bounce. You go to the AFL site and click on the live game, then click on the radio station you want to listen to.

3AW (the best), MMM (2nd), ABC (3rd) or SEN.

3AW has Rex Hunt, Clinton Graybas, Robert Walls and Tony Shaw. They are the best. I was interviewed during a pre-game show  of North Melbourne-West Coast by Rex on 3AW during my first trip to Melbourne in 1995. Rex is the most famous radio personality in Australia.
