  1. Yes, it's just as much fun, but WEAR A LIFE JACKET!!

  2. You can wakeboard behind an outboard but the biggest difference for wakeboarders is having a tower to attach the rope to.  The tower keeps you lifted.

  3. i have seen people wakeboarding and skiing behind an outboard.  depends on the boat tho and your height and weight.  i have a 22' manitou oasis SHP pontoon with a 175 evinrude e-tec on the back, and i get out of the water almost instantly with little drag.  add more about your height and weight and ill tell you if youll be able get up on an outboard boat.

  4. Depends, you wont get the wake you want if your good and are doing air tricks, other then that its the same.

  5. yes you can wakeboard behind an outboard but if the wake is not what you want i would add some ballast bags. But to be safe always make sure that you dont go over the overall weight that you are supposed to have in your boat. good luck.

  6. you can but it's not going to have a nice wake. it's good for just joy-riding thoughh

  7. You can wakeboard behind anything with a motor, if it can pull you out of the water.  Most outboards will require additional weight to produce a bigger wake.  If you have trim tabs you can definitely use it to alter the wakes shape.  I've ridden behind several outboards that when weighted threw a decent wake.   It is a little more dangerous since the prop/motor is exposed, but being safe by cutting the engine off while being close to the back of the boat, you will be fine.  Make sure your line and handle float for added security so that you don't get the line in the prop.  But like I said, if it has a motor and I can get up, I'd ride behind it.  Hope this helps.
