Err... No.  You can sell your liver for $200.00 and fork it over to setanta pay-per-view, or pay more or less the same for streaming online video, which sucks too. Bottom line, The IRB and USA rugby would hate for rugby to grow in America, that is why they sold the rights to a pay per view outlet instead of a basic cable or network channel.
