  1. NO.... not legal... but you can do it..

  2. Only in Cali., Nevada, Alabama, Nebraska, New York, and Vermont. Legally that is. But it's really not safe. It is a load of fun though. You have to have all the mandatory lighting(Bow lights, stern lights, etc.), 2 spotters, and each have to have a spotlight.

  3. Check the laws in your area. Many are different. A lot of law enforcement officers have no clue about the laws that govern the water.Unless it has something to do with drinking.

  4. ya at the lake i go 2 u can but u cant go more than 20 mph

  5. When I had my houseboat on Lake Powell..we use to waterski @ night all the time.

  6. Don't know if it's legal or not, but it isn't very smart. If you have a spotlight on the skier, you can see him or her, but s/he can't see things ahead in the water!

  7. no

  8. absolutely not.... legally anyway.... not just the issue of other boats seeing the skier (spotlight), but the issue of skier seing logs and other items in the water.... a fun concept but not very smart.
