Can you wear pads when you play volleyball?

i don't wear tampons yet. and im starting Volleyball on thursday. if i wear like a maxi pad during games wont it show through the spandex shorts? like the outline? is there anyway i can make that less noticable?

ya u can. tampon r not comfortable for u well then just wear pads.

just make sure its not a really thick pad and not way in the back or else the outline will show otherwise idk what to tell you...........

I think during volleyball when u have period u shouldn't wear spandex shorts. it is very important that u take care of u r own image. don't let people talk about u r own parts of the body. i hope u are going to be allowed to wear normal shorts. i know some people who are muslims they wear capris because they are not allowed to wear shorts. u can also talk to u r coach.

It all depends on what kind of underwear you are using. If you are wearing normal underwear then the underwear lind will show through anyway. But if you are wearing a thong then wear a smaller pad. I have worn a thong with a pad before in volleyball and its not that noticeable. And if that doesnt work then you can always wear a different kind of shorts.

its not really all that noticable. actually, you cant notice it at all unless its like, on ur butt.
