Can you wear your contacts swimming?

ive recently got some contacts,

and there great.

but i dont know weather like you can use them when i go swimming?

anybody know?

I wear contacts all the timde when I swim, however, I also have goggles on.  I would not recommend going in the water with your contacts on and no goggles; you're asking for trouble - either eye infection or contacts floating out in the water - how do you find them then!

So either take them out or use goggles when in the water.

i wear them.  just don't open your eyes underwater or be around alot of splashing.  if you have to wear some goggles.

Swimming and wearing contact lenses is not recommend. You might get pool water behind the lens and get an infection, there is also a high risk of the lens floating out and getting lost. You can get swimming goggles with prescription lenses
