Can you weather strip windows and sliding glass door where to put and how?? Thanx much in advance!?

yes, but use the right stuff (not the foam rolls)

on the windows, put it where the window meets the frame. If there is a large or uneven gap get a larger size of the rubber roll weather stripping. if it is the stick on kind, make sure the area is clean and dry.

for the door, put it where the door meets the frame when closed.  unfortunately, it is very difficult to strip the bottom and top of the sliding portion.

Just as important as weather stripping, is having good pliable caulk around the frame.  if it is cracked, scrape it out and relay fresh caulk.
