I'm taking a pole. Yes or No answers please. I'm not looking for any detailed answers, just Yes or No.

I've tried and tried to learn how to whistle over the years, ever since I was young. My husband says everyone can whistle. He thinks I'm weird cuz I can't.. I say, some people can, some people can't. So, how many people out there can whistle??? Can you?????
