  1. Cold if room temperature is  64 degrees Farenheit. Also, with the cold, there is a limit of how cold it can be, yet no limit on how hot it can be. Also, with cold, you can always put on more layers of clothes to be warmer. Humans are probably better in the cold, because in hotter places, there tends to be less water (such as in deserts).

  2. I would Say Coldness...I Love the Cold..thing is you can always put a heavier Shirt on or Blanket on if ur to Cold!!

Plus my sister lives in Alaska ;] So i Love the Cold!

  3. hot definatly, i live in south carolina, im so used to the heat its not even funny

  4. Coldness definitely. You can produce heat so long as u have warm clothes and calories to burn for heat. no one can stand hotness for long perioids because u lose water which is essential for ur survival.

  5. Depends on what temperature you're talking about. I could stand  0 degrees c much better than 100. Are you talking about relative to our normal room temperature? If so cold is definitely easier to handle than hot since our bodies are not built to handle much higher than our core body temperature whereas with enough clothing and protection we can handle extreme cold.

  6. I can take cold a lot better than heat... I actually 'like' (more of 'don't mind') the cold, as long as the stupid wind isn't blowing! :p

Why? Well, a) I have a really weird disease I was born with where my body doesn't make sweat, so I get overheated really easily. b) I live in Texas and I'm sick of this stupid heat!!!! >:(

  7. If you got the best possible coat available and put you on the coldest place on earth with firewood and food and a tent you might very well die in a couple days or less.

If you were put in the hottest spot on earth with appropriate white clothing and a tent with plenty of food and water you would probally last much longer.

    So....hotness

  8. Coldness. If it's only a matter of comfort, you can always put on more/warmer clothes as it gets colder, but you can only take off what you have on, to compensate for heat.

In extremes of temperature, insulation helps whether it is extremely cold or hot, but cold may be more easily dealt with because your body is producing heat as long as it has calories to do so. Insulation may slow down heat loss to a rate the body can keep up with.

Insulation also slows down heat transfer from the environment to the body, but the heat is still transferring, albeit at the slower rate, and the body is also generating its own heat with no way to get rid of the excess; so the body will quickly reach a temperature hotter than it is able to withstand. Also, the insulating material may catch fire and burn.

Therefore, coldness is easier to withstand.
