Well, I go to Hooters all the time with the "girls"...drinks and wings/clams on average 2 times a month...and we notice plenty of girls there with itty-bitty to average-sized b*****s.  I think that when management hires these Hooter Girls, they are looking for an overall image and personality and not just a certain bra cup size (though, yes, that is the image that goes hand in hand with the name).  But I can honestly say that we HAVE noted, however, that the b***s maybe on the large size, but the intellect?...

Hmmmmm...let's just say there's not so much going on upstairs! (of course not ALL of 'em...just an observation of "some" we've encountered)

If youre just wanting to make a few bucks by suing Hooters, think about this...

A guy a few years ago applied for a server job at Hooters..he offered to wear the shorts and tshirt and do everything the girls do...

They refused to hire him,,,so he sued based on discrimination...

After 2 years and every bit of money he had...plus his house and car.....

Hooters won the case and the appeals courts upheld the decision in favor of Hooters....

If you just want to know if you can work there with small b***s....sure, go for it...but why would you want to pimp yourself out like that?? I would hope that you had more self-respect.

Yeah you can always get a boob job, but I know that they will give priority to girls with b***s, thats what they are known for anyways...thats why I dont think its discrimination at all. If they start hiring too many flat chested girls the place will loose its appeal. Anyway if youm find a way to stand out the may hire you.
