  5. Anyone with a felony on their record cannot perform any job that handles drugs of any kind. Thats a law pretty much everywhere

  6. No, a felony conviction would keep a person from being able to be hired as a nurse.  It would limit a person from working in a lot of other fields of work as well.

  9. You will have to check with the State nursing board and may have to may a special application. If your conviction is drug related, it's likely that they will not allow you to be a licensed or registered nurse. In my experience with inmates that inquire about this,  this is what they find out. It's different from state to state.
