  1. Why not? You need to make money if you're gonna pay for those bills, right?

  3. Yes, I did. I work at a hospital, but when I started I owed the hospital a few hundred dollars. There was no issue. Human Resource departments and Finance departments within a hospital are not inter connected. Don't worry about it.
