here's a short (and not very good) 'poem'. i'm not going to tell you what it's about. i want to see if you can work it out.

They spread their paths silently, slowly

Creeping, barely seen by those who pass.

Snaking their way over surfaces smooth.

Falling, yet clinging, quite secure.

Bright as crystal, yet as delicate as a whisper,

Spark in the light, spark of emotion.

They fly just to shatter.

Born to die, but die to bring life again.

  1. is it about mayflies.or perhaps dragonflies.it is quite well composed.the obvious answer would be cobwebs.continue with your ideas.


  2. hmm.  well i would say disease, but for the last line.  suicide terrorist i think is a good guess, but that seems to dark for the poem.  its a dark poem, but not scary i guess.  i don't know what i mean!  rain maybe?  and by the way its a very good poem, don't kid yourself!  

    oh this is gonna bug me, um i would guess flames if it weren't for the  second line.  yeah rain is my final answer.

  8. sorry, it could be just because of the movie I just watched. However, that is often how poems effect people. What ever the last thing they seen was is how the person reacts to a specific piece ot literature. I think you are talking about suicide terrorists. I apologize if i am totally of course. Very ncie poem though. Do let me know what its about.
