Question:

Can your employer legally publish your name and photo on the internet?

Some photos were recently taken of let's say "staff in action" or staff on the job. They were placed on the internet a few days later.

My question is: Can an employer freely use an employees image and name on the internet? Or, can I ask them to remove it for privacy reasons? I'm not the kind of person put my name and photo anywhere public.

Or, does being employed at a company give that company the legal right to your name, image, etc. as long as you are employed for them? (The big wigs basically OWN you, don't they?) Anyone know for sure? Thanks. :)
