  1. Huh?? I think you need to contact your caseworker for this one.

  2. I am not sure however, I think you are brave and intelligent to make this decision. There are so many loving adults looking to adopt a baby.  It will be the greatest gift to give your child and those people.  I hope you will take this second chance   and live a productive and inspirational life. Remember don't let your past dictate your future. Become the strong woman you were meant to be and  later on in life you will be an incredible mother.  You deserve a great life.

  3. I was in a foster home when I was 15 and my foster parents kicked me out and when I was living with them I got into fists fights with people who were not supposed to be in my foster parents house...I told my case worker and she told me unless someone has put their hands on me there is nothing they could do so my advice to you is to be careful because they may be able to kick you out.

  4. Oh hunny, I am so sorry that you are in this position.  Are you saying that you are pregnant and 13, and you are in Foster Care and your foster family is kicking you out??  WOW!!  You are very very young, too young to be pregnant, what happened?   I'm sorry, but I think that they can send you back, but not kick you out on the street.  You need to go someplace and get some help hunny.  Please go get help....call your social worker, or go and see him/her.

Feel free to e-mail me and I'll talk to you some more.....

    Good Luck

  5. man ur young to have a kid. but if acting bad yes

  6. are you serious? you have a kid and you are 13?

  7. You cannot be kicked out at the age of 13.  They would have to go through the courts and everything to put you back in custody of children's services but not by any means can they kick you out on the streets.  They are your legal guardians and you are not of age.

And for all you people who keep talking c**p about her being 13 and pregnant, you do not know her life story.  You have no right to judge.  You're right, she's young but at the same time, put yourself in her shoes.  She's in a foster home and you don't know what happened in her life as she was growing up.  Respect the fact that nobody is perfect.

  8. wait ur 13 and have a kid ? or ur 13 and givin u for adoption?

  9. I'm a foster parent, but have never had to have anyone removed. I believe they can request through your worker to have you placed somewhere else. I'm sure they'd loose their liscence if they just kicked you out.

    YOU should call your SW.

  10. No, they cannot kick out but they can ask that you be moved to another foster home. You are a ward of the state first and formost.

  11. Your foster parents can not simply throw you out on the street. Do they know you are pregnant? They may be a whole lot more compassionate and less shocked than you think. If they do know and you think they are mad, they might be... but if so they are probably mad because they want to protect you. Depending on where you live there may be special homes for teen Moms where you can get help. You are a very special girl, and you baby is so blessed to have someone who cares for him/her so much. You will not be on the street honey, but you may need to look hard for some answers.
